   These terms apply to all visitors and customers of SilkSkinLab. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

   You must be 18 years or older to purchase from SilkSkinLab. By completing your purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement.
   3. Products
   SilkSkinLab sells IPL hair removal devices. All product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Individual results may vary.
   4. Pricing
   All prices are listed in USD. SilkSkinLab reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your order will always be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.
   5. Orders
   By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified immediately if your order is cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
   6. Payment
   All payments are processed securely. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By submitting your payment details you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.7. Shipping
   We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days depending on your location. SilkSkinLab is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather or carrier issues outside our control.
   8. Results Disclaimer
   The SilkSkin Pro IPL Hair Removal Device is designed to reduce unwanted hair with consistent use over 8-12 weeks. Individual results vary based on hair color, skin tone, frequency of use and individual biology. SilkSkinLab does not guarantee specific results.
   9. Returns & Refunds
   All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged or defective products or non delivery after 30 days. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
   10. Medical Disclaimer
   The SilkSkin Pro is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have any skin conditions, medical concerns or are pregnant.
   11. Limitation of Liability
   SilkSkinLab is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.

   All content on the SilkSkinLab website including logos, images, text and branding is the property of SilkSkinLab and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
