Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
Once dispatched estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days depending on your location. Please note delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control such as customs clearance, weather conditions or carrier delays.

SilkSkinLab offers free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase required.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.
