Return & Refund Policy

 At SilkSkinLab, all sales are final. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our beauty devices, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

We only offer refunds in the following situations:

 • Product arrives visibly damaged or defective

 • Package never arrives after 30 days

 To submit a claim:

 Contact us at officialsilkskinlab@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

 Please Note:

 IPL hair removal requires consistent use over 8-12 weeks to see results. Lack of visible results within the first few weeks does not qualify as a defect and is not eligible for a refund.

 We do not refund for:

 • Change of mind

 • Incorrect use of the device

• Skin sensitivity reactions

• Delayed results
